I am currently a research scholar at XLRI-Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur. My research interests include psychological wellbeing, resilience, positive psychology, health psychology, culture and identity. I have attended several national conferences on Management, interned at Powergrid Corporation of India (Human Resources), a Government of India Enterprise. I worked as a research intern at an urban mobility start-up, Cycling Cities. I was also a volunteer at CRY-Child Rights and You for helping underprivileged children with their school work and other extra-curricular activities.
